Jaun arrived, assessed the problem with the water heater and went right to work. Resolved the issue and gave me pertinent information regarding the required upgrades for a possible replacement due to the age of my water heater. Suggested that I should inquire about the policy that also will make an upgrade slightly less pricy. Overall we had an excellent visit 😊

When we contacted HOME SERVE via the website, we did not want a same day appointment - we had actually requested an appointment for 5 days later due to some scheduling issues we had. That timeframe was not noted apparently and HOmeServe sent a technician out same day. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
