The plumbers were very efficient in their work. Cleaned up very good at the end. Put in a new valve. Done in about two hours. Would have been less time but had trouble shutting off the water to the house.

Id this review was based solely on Homeserve it would be five stars because Homeserve’s customer service is wonderful. Now, the electricians I’ve encountered - not so much. The first one didn’t show. The second one came late and did absolutely nothing besides give me his card and tell me, “I think it’s one of your breakers. I’m really suspicious of this one….You’ll be seeing again soon.” He thinks it’s one of my main breakers, but he didn’t bother testing them, did pull out any tools or electrical gauges to measure voltage - nothing. He only felt with his hands and said, “They’re not hot.” I woke up today with a light that won’t turn on. So, I have to call back - AGAIN. I am TIRED of the back and forth.
