I discovered a water leak bubbling in my front yard on a Wednesday morning. HomeServe assigned 2 different plumbing companies (McAtee & Her/His Plumbing) who both said they could not assess the problem until the following Monday, which was unacceptable, and couldn't guarantee that they could fix when they did come out. HomeServe assigned another company (IRV) who never called back. I was at my wit's end when I called HomeServe again and got customer service rep, Scott. Scott was awesome! He said he needed to do some research to find a company that could respond more timely & would call me back in 20 minutes. True to his word, he found Bliss Plumbing who was willing to come out the next morning. Their tech Angel was friendly, professional and efficiently fixed the issue. All of your customer service reps should be as caring and customer focused as Scott.
