The wait time to get service was less than expected. The plumbers were here faster than the expected time. The first guys they sent needed to call their supervisor for assistance. So they had to reschedule for the next day. Supervisor came and got the job done. Only drawback was they didn't clean up their mess but that's small compared to the original issue. Overall very pleased!

I received a callback from Downey Plumbing to schedule a repair within 10 minutes. Although it was a Saturday, the repair was done within hours.
