Techinician diagnosed the problem but didn’t resolve the issue(he said it needs capacitor and low on Freon). Also, he said that it may need to replace the AC unit. Basically issue is not resolved and ac unit is not working. Very disappointed!Hopefully HomeServe take this matter seriously and someone will contact me soon to resolve the issue! Otherwise?
