I had 2 possible issues that needed to be addressed and customer service was very supportive and professional. I received support in a timely manner and am very pleased. HomeServ is the best section I ever made. I have them for all that are available.

The only problem that I had was it took several days before they could reach a provider who could come out to check out the problem that I had. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious going on but the provider did a great job and was very professional.

Nice, knowledgeable, friendly and curtious young man. Great representative of your company. By the time he arrived. 21hrs after my call in for service. AC was running fine. We'll see what happens next time I use the AC. I was told when I called. My info was being sent to atechnition ASAP. She said I would be getting a call within the next 2hrs. The scheduler called at 9:10a the next day. She said it just came across to her at 9:00a. I would of gave a 5star. If you would of been honest with me.
