We were a little upset that our sewer backup happened on a holiday weekend and we were not able to get a hold of anyone. Once contact was made the problem was fixed same day.

We are so happy to have our AC up and running again. We got a quick response from Home Serve. The repair people came the next morning after we called to say our AC was out. Two very nice men came and quickly found the problem. They had to get the motor that was needed and once they got that, they were able to get it in quickly and we had our air up and running. Because of our coverage with Home Serve, the only thing we paid was a $50 service charge. We have used Home Serve for other repairs and have always been very pleased with their service.
