It was an easy process. I like that I don’t always need my membership number or password or anything else. You guys know who I am. (However, there was a glitch that did get cleared up. My first call about my refrigerator wasn’t recorded for some reason, and was not in your system. Also, I live in a mother/daughter, there is a mixup with service to the premises. Downstairs had the oven repaired. Upstairs had several repairs on the refrigerator ,which is subsequently replaced.

Prompt service

I was very pleased with the service. The technicians were nice and completed the work in a timely manner. They were not the tidiest. They left a slight knick on my wall in the work area and black residue on my tile floor and wall. Also my toilet had a couple of minor stoppages (had to use a plunger) and hiccups that it didn’t have before their visit; however, everything appears to be okay.

I was blown away when I woke up and had a water pipe leak in my yard. Discovering I had purchased protection for this some time ago I was thrilled. Even then I didn't know how effective it was until calling to make a claim and the company getting someone out to fix the problem right away at NO CHARGE. My goal this next week is to call and find out which policies I don't have so I can make sure I'm covered all the way. I'm so thankful for the encouragements that I have received in the past to participate!

Because nobody got back to me I was told by the guy that came by he’ll be here the next day early in the morning and I waited and waited. Then I couldn’t find your number. I called the water company. There was no way of getting through and today Friday I actually got through and now you’re telling me they’re coming within five minutes you said 2 to 5 so be here p.m. when I just called you guys at 1:45 PM coincidence or not?
