Nice, knowledgeable, friendly and curtious young man. Great representative of your company. By the time he arrived. 21hrs after my call in for service. AC was running fine. We'll see what happens next time I use the AC. I was told when I called. My info was being sent to atechnition ASAP. She said I would be getting a call within the next 2hrs. The scheduler called at 9:10a the next day. She said it just came across to her at 9:00a. I would of gave a 5star. If you would of been honest with me.

I was very satisfied with the quick response from Home Serve. My water issue needed immediate attention and the representative found a plumber to come and fix my problem the same day. Definitely worth the contract every year as you never know and it is good to have a reliable company to reach out too .
