It was okay but problem still there

My problem was satisfied. Did great explanation for my problem.

The team that came to our home was veryprofessional. I thought they were here to access the job. The broke out the tools and did the repairs of our leaking pipe. Frank and his asset worked on the repair and cleaned up the work area.he also showed me the pipe that was replace. I will definitely refer your company especially if all-out workers are likeFrank. We a r e totally satisfied !!!!

The Plumber could find the main sewer line. After getting off the phone with the company. I went outside to find the sewer line myself. I found it in 2 minutes. I had to flush the toilet to find it. He should of known that. And he snaked my kitchen line with out cutting off the water. I gave you two stars because the plumber was nice.

Same day service!!!

Leak repaired about 2 years ago. It failed the next day and was repaired again. That repair failed in the past week and was repaired again. That repair failed within seconds after turning on the water. All of these repairs that failed added four 90 degree bends versus a straight line splice. The last repair yesterday was an excellent straight line splice which I believe will last. 5 stars for the last repair and 1 star for the previous 3 repairs.

The technician was professional. My concern has to do with having to wait 4.5 hours before the arrival and then learn that my issue was not covered.
