The techician solved my problem and I was very happy with the outcome.

The technician couldn’t fine the problem & just left, before telling me he’ll have to reroute the wires & cut a hole in my wall… I had my son-in-law come over & he found the problem right away, it was a circuit that was tripped…. I do not want that technician over my house again or the company he works for. I’m very upset over this service!

The two guys you sent here were absolutely terrific. They worked hard finding the leak (it wasn’t easy), found it and then fixed it expeditiously. All during this process they kept me abreast of what they were doing and why. Their attitudes were great. They were receptive to our input. They were courteous and respectful. Their appearance and grooming were top notch. If I still owned my company I would hire them in a heartbeat.

There was an additional leak due to a valve and feed line that needed yo be turned off while waiting to do the original job. The plumber that was sent was quick and efficient. No problems with that since
