Quick service no worries thx for your help yesterday with my clogged kitchen sink

I was easily able to contact a representative who was clear, concerned, and easy to understand. I thought I had to wait for the power company to do something before Home Serve could actually help me so I lost a few days, but when the situation was clarified, their response was quick and helpful. It was maybe 4 hours between the phone call and my power being restored (after 6 days without!). The electricians were efficient, professional, and easy to deal with. I was very happy with the result.

Appointments were prompt and executed timely

Dispatch was Prompt to schedule appointment. Technician arrived at the scheduled time early. He was professional, respectful, has full knowledge of the problem. He explained the cause of the situation and how he fixed it, and what to expect in the future.

The work was done in a timely fashion. No problems so far.

The service person, Aaron, did an excellent job. He phoned and arrived on time, was polite, checked out the problem, saw what had to be done, explained the situation clearly, and worked diligently on it. The problem was fixed. My thanks.

Jason came back to snake my sewer line the next day because roots had clogged the line a second time. He took care of the problem and now there is no backup. He was professional and cleaned up and replaced everything that he had moved. He apologized for not taking care of the problem the first time but everything was okay until he left. That's when the line backed up a second time.

The tech was great. Professional, friendly and quick reliable service completed.
