Our hot water heater was suddenly leaking from multiple areas. HomeServe quickly sent us an excellent plumber from United Plumbing who replaced it with a new water heater.

Great efficient service, I received an appointment almost immediately. The Plummer came out the next day and worked 5 hours until the job was done. Each time they called home serve they received the permission they needed to finish the job. I am very pleased with their service.

Personnel are very polite, patient and do not mind answering questions. As a senior citizen, I truly appreciate them.

Plumbers came same day claim was made and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. They gave advice and cleaned up after themselves.
