I request a call back from a supervisor and never got one. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded very unsure of what she was telling me about why they would not cover my issue. No problem at all with the contractor.

I have to called severally and waited for 2 weeks before the problem can be eventually fixedThe first contractor cancelled the appointment in few hours to the time but the other contractor did excellent job

Sewer line was clogged. Tech came and he did not know what to do in this situation. My husband was out in the rain with him trying to show him what usually works. Tech was very polite and nice; nothing against him. They wanted to send someone the next morning to complete. We had NO toilets. We got someone else and got it cleared in 10 minutes the next morning.
