Because nobody got back to me I was told by the guy that came by he’ll be here the next day early in the morning and I waited and waited. Then I couldn’t find your number. I called the water company. There was no way of getting through and today Friday I actually got through and now you’re telling me they’re coming within five minutes you said 2 to 5 so be here p.m. when I just called you guys at 1:45 PM coincidence or not?

2nd service appears to solve the water back up. Plumber was here for about 2 hours to make surethe problem was corrected.

Excellent. Home Serve was very good and they sent Margin Electric.. Ingrid from Margin Electric was outstanding and the crew that she sent to handle the problem were excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and corrected the problem in the most effective and efficient manner. We were very pleased with the service that we were given.
