Our AC was not cooling, I called on a Friday afternoon at 3pm and was told that some one will call us to let us know when they would be there. 6pm I had not heard from anyone from HomeServe or the AC company. My husband has COPD and it was very warm in our home. We paid our money for the fee but did not hear back. I had to spend additional money to buy fans to keep us cool. I was very disappointed thst the AC company just blew us off!! I called back several times throughout the weekend hoping that we would get service for our AC. The company arrived 2:30 pm on Monday! Not happy!!

The water line repair crew arrived at our house almost exactly on schedule. They answered all our questions, worked straight through until the work was complete (which took a while, as our soil has a lot of rocks and clay), and their cleanup at the end left our home and yard spotless. We are very pleased.
