Our Air conditioner went out on a very hot August day and it was only going to be hotter for the next week. I called Home served, they quickly answered the phone and heard the issue and within 15 minutes a heating and air conditioning company called me. We set up a time within an hour the technician evaluate did the AC unit and fixed it. What a great service!

They could not fix it yet, they just messed up our bathroom, still they did not let us know when they can come back to fix the bathroom sink pipe problem.

Workers were very professional, sincere about ensuring my main water stream was clear. The true test is to see how long the jet stream continues to provide a clear flow. Appreciate their diligence and concern to resolve my issue and also conscious of minimizing clean-up afterwards.

I appreciate that home-serve was able to get services rendered to my needs with expediency because my plumbing issues I considered to be in need of urgent attention. My customer service rep was professional, friendly and understanding of my immediate need for service.

Because the water tank didn’t make noise when they were they didn’t fix anything . They could have at least drained it. And, of course after they left it started making noise and has been doing so ever since.
