It was professional and faster than anticipated. They were great at sending updates on the arrival of the service technician this alleviated any stress around the expected time of arrival.My only concern that I was not aware that there was a charge for a part that was needed to make the repair.Thank you

You hire the plumber which is closed on Weekends. I had to wait 40 hours for 10 seconds job

Had a stopped bathroom sink and could not unblock it. Called Home Serve and was informed that it would a fe days because of the weekend. Monday came and your associate arrived and within 25 minutes water was flowing. The plummer was very professional and very knowledegble. Did his job, cleaned up and left with a smile and thank you. Great individual.
