The technician couldn’t fine the problem & just left, before telling me he’ll have to reroute the wires & cut a hole in my wall… I had my son-in-law come over & he found the problem right away, it was a circuit that was tripped…. I do not want that technician over my house again or the company he works for. I’m very upset over this service!

I was very pleased with the service we received from the electrical contractor. He was very thorough and professional.The thing I was not happy with is how long it took to receive the service. After a week + 1 day of no contact, I called again and the representative went out of his way to connect us with the contractor.All in all, it was a good experience. Thank you.

The two guys you sent here were absolutely terrific. They worked hard finding the leak (it wasn’t easy), found it and then fixed it expeditiously. All during this process they kept me abreast of what they were doing and why. Their attitudes were great. They were receptive to our input. They were courteous and respectful. Their appearance and grooming were top notch. If I still owned my company I would hire them in a heartbeat.
