Contractor was fine. HomeServe employees dropped the ball here. I was extremely specific as to what our issue was and asked if it was covered. I was assured it was. Two days later (on a same day service issue) the contractor arrived and confirmed what the issue was. He “called in” to receive authorization from HomeServe and service was declined as not covered. I fixed it myself.Someone was wrong. I will not be paying and will likely cancel our “coverage.” I just don’t see the value in your company

The employees are great. It’s the company they work for that’s frustrating.You have been sending people over since Sat and the problem persists.In the meantime, they are getting paid and the pmts come out of my benefit. So, howMuch will I have left when someone finally decides dot send a person to jet the lines and use a camera. Very dissatisfied
