Failed proper srrvice. Staff who attendedwas so rude. Do not wamt to listen the customer. No helping mentality. Take too much time redolve issues even if its urgent matter.. Its very bad treatment I got from home serve

The air company came out and quoted me $5200.00 for new compressor. I was told they would let home service know and we could go from there. I never heard back from home service warranty company. I had to call someone else out and I used another company. $250.00 later my air is fixed and I still never heard back from this warranty company. I will be cancelling my services. They did absolutely nothing to help me, therefore I feel like I am throwing that extra money away.

We had a breach in our water main and it was repaired that day. We were given permission to contact the plumbers that were sent in a previous visit and we appreciated that.

We had an emergency situation. I called Home Serve, as I have a contract with them. The serviceman, Dave, from Total Plumbing, came out and fixed the problem. He was great. So appreciative of his help! Thank you again!

It started out a little shaky first call about 630am, my basement drain had backed up with rain water, however after talking with the second customer service representative who made several calls to see if she could get someone out to resolved the issue. Then after locating someone that could come the same day I received an email confirming the appointment. The tech arrived and was knowledgeable about the problem was pleasant and informative. He didn't just stop when he saw the level of water was too high to use the electric snake, he investigated the situation and found the shallow part in the basement where he could snake from. He proceed to work on the situation found the clog and pushed through until soon the water was rushing out of the basement! Yes! I was happy to have worked with this service. Thank you Homeserve.
