The guy was very informative, and professional. He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix the issues. After he completed the project he cleaned up after himself with no complaints.

Disappointed in your selling your home combo plan to an outside warrant company with terrible reviews. I will be dropping them. Thank you. also warranty service for individual plans has decreased substantially in my area no one wants to work with your company.

Home Serve was great. I got my sewer line cleared quickly and Dominic wassuper from O' Grady plumbing. He did an excellent job and was very kindand a very caring worker. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

I'm not totally sure about which situation you are asking about, but I will go with my last contact directly with Homeserve.I called because my original reported issue , generated a service call for my external sewer line, although I was sure I been specific that was Not the issue, it was the lines from my tub/ bathroom sink/kitchen sink & washing machine that appeared to be having issues between the fixtures and the line.The tech came out and checked the sewer line, and made sure it was cleared, but because there was no authorization to work internally couldn't do more. He was able to receive authorization to work on clearing the tub drain, but that left 3 issues.So this time I was VERY specific that it was the internal coverage that I needed dealt with. The young woman I ended up with (unfortunately I did not note her name) exhibited great patience in working to understand what I needed.STILL, while we were on the phone, completing the call, the local company called to set the appointment. I'm so grateful that she not only agreed to wait while I took their call, but responded with resourcefulness to resolve the the issue that my situation kept producing results that would not deal with the issue!The end result was that I received a call today, from the local company (my initial call was late at night) to schedule a visit for internal issues i am having with my INTERNAL plumbing!! Your agent was not only personable, but truly worked extremely hard to be sure my needs were met!An aside was that when this whole saga started I was frustrated by the extreme anxiety your website caused each time I signed in to verify that I had the needed service covered, but your website showed only a couple of my plans! I was directed to websupport and there another resourceful young woman explained that I apparently had two separate accounts listed, for one didn't show the "extra 4" numbers in my zip code and the other did. What a silly reason to make a whole new account, but that's how your computers interpreted it. She put in a request that my two accounts be merged, and warned me that it might take awhile to happen. I was THRILLED to see all my plans on the page when I signed in this time! Please give her kudos on my behalf!!

I was happy that they strived to meet our needs and scheduled the services on the same day we called Home Serve. All of the service representatives were very helpful. I do want to recognize Scott, who I feel did everything possible to accommodate our needs. Scott, was so patient and explained everything to me and what to expect. Thank you Scott.
