Very impressed with how easy it was to report our needs (air conditioner not functioning and the temperature in the house was 90 degrees) and how responsive HomeServe was to getting us the help we needed. When the initial contractor could not schedule a time as quickly as we needed, they suggested we call HomeServe back to find another contractor. We did that and HomeServe quickly found a contractor who could help us the same day. The contractor was professional, knowledgable, and efficient.
