It was absolutely amazing, you responded so quickly to my need without any trouble and the technical support was amazing in helping setting up a technician to come out and the technician was even expedient in arriving to my home. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about his profession and he was very polite and respectful and courteous as well. The technician took very excellent care of my central air conditioning unit and I believe I’ll possibly get another 10 years use out of my 20 year old unit. Continue to provide excellent and outstanding customer care service, I love being a part of home serve USA, and I also would like to say we were having a wedding at my home the next day and that really made it a very special and joyous experience. Again thank you very very very much home serve USA

The response time was very quick and the service was excellent. Our problem was solved the very day that we called HomeServe.

Initially my experience was good. I was able to contact HomeServe and a tech was assigned to my almost immediately. He came out the next day and informed me that my unit could not be repaired it had to be replaced. I got a second opinion and was given several options. I'm not sure it is worth it to continue with HomeServe if things like this occur. I will contact HomeServe this week.
