This was my first claim experience and it could not have gone more seamlessly!I highly recommend HomeServe. Their plans are affordable and the claim process is so easy. Within 10 minutes of filing the claim I had an appointment with a plumber. The company that was dispatched communicated with me well and the technician was very professional.I obtained the HomeServe plans for peace of mind and after the resolution of this recent claim, I can rest assured that I will be well covered.

Very poor the gentleman (Plumbing person) was not able to find a leak that registers on the Water Metter. Then, he advised me to find with American Detection System. I told him I had a contract with FPL Home Service.Be aware I was able to schedule another Plumbing provider for August 29th.

The Home Serve people take too long to answer and to resolve our immediate needs. It was a long wait and Home Serve switch two separate contractors but at the end of 4 days we finally got a great technician that took care of our immediate emergency need with Service Max

The mechanic who fixed our pipe pluggage was very focused on his work and determined to resolve what proved to be a very difficult task. He stayed at his work until he finally resolved it. He was a very pleasant person to work with.

Tech arrived promptly, very courteous and professional. Di agonized the problem but did not carry out the repair. Said that as per the new policy the defective fixture replacement is not done. Promised to send me a quote but never received it. Do not understand why am I paying home serve the monthly subscription for?
