I called on a Sunday evening about a kitchen sink clog. They were quick to respond, and a plumber called me the same night and scheduled a service call for the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and it was truly a positive experience from beginning to end!

I have had to use HomeServe several times and they have always come through for me. I don't notice that monthly premium, but I sure notice it when the plumber shows up and I pay nothing.
