Technician from Balkan refused to snake the pipe out. His explanation was, it wasn’t the front sewer line and he cannot snake out the back sewer line. He took less than 5 mins and left!

My ac quit working so I called HomeServe in the morning and gave a bit of information and a service technician was out a few hours later and I was back to a cool house same day. Easy as pie! The responses and communication were timely and they kept me well informed!
