We have made a few claims through Homeserve and have been pleased every time. This time, the day we called, we had a call back from an electrician, made an appointment the same day (he drove from an hour away) and our lights were back on quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Technician found the problem being that the water heater pilot light needed to be restarted. He restarted it and waited to make sure it didn't go out again and that the water got hot and back to normal operating temperature. He couldn't explain why it want out in the first place or why the water temperature was fluctuating from super host to Luke warm before the pilot light went out. But water heater is functioning normally now.

The technician arrived within 2 hours of calling.Identified the problem immediately and ordered the part,which arrived in a week.The new part was installed upon arrival and the problem was resolved.
