The HomeServe agent was fast in setting up a plumbing company to assist me. In less than a minute after ending the call with HomeServe, PHI Plumbering LLC called and schedule an appt for the next day. PHI went into action and quickly identified and fixed my exterior water pipe. Both HomeServe and PHI did an excellent job. Highly recommend both.

I contacted HomeServe on the evening and setup schedule for the next day inspection . The technician came out the next day inspected the problem and replaced my house valve. I am very happy with the service thar HomeServe provided.

They were very professional. Thought the problem was solved. Thought it was a radiator in the kitchen leaking. Tighten it but after he left and the gear came on it is still leaking down in the basement.

The service and the representatives and the plumbers that came out were excellent my only issue is that my problem was not solved on the first visit. As only the line from the wash bin passed the toilet to the main line with snake then it leaked again and the plumber that came out there for snaked the entire main line and now it seems to be fixed.
