REGARDLESS OF MY DISCUSSIONS FINDING SOMEONE TO COMPLETE THE JOB OF FREEING UP MY DRAIN SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE OF DIFFICULTY OVER A SPAN OF TIME NOW GOING ON THE FOURTH DAY THAT I AM UNABLE TO USE MY TOILETS OR TAKE A SHOWER ~ MY RUGS ARE SOAKED FROM THE BACK UP AND THE COMMUNICATION FOR WHAT I NEED DONE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE FLUIDLY TRANSMITTED...

Big shout out of super job done to Miss Justice - Tennessee office. She helped immeasurably. Listened to my problem & got me help for a broken furnace within 5 hours. Very personable & cordial. The company was here in 4 hours, diagnosed the problem quickly. It was late in the day - close to 5 pm - they didn't have part. Proceeded to locate the part, go get it & came back to install. They made sure I had heat!!!! Grateful
