You failed to provide what you promised service emergency services from my home is infrastructuresTherefore, I’ve canceled my accounts

Really concerned about this service. I'm certain the water heater that was removed was under warranty. YET, HS has assessed us a fee for the new unit while receiving the warranty from the previous unit. When the previous unit was set, there was no charge to us. A fee was assessed for the replacement unit just set. I'm thinking HS has integrity issues. Would appreciate a call for an explanation. Thank you.

Our water heater died Saturday afternoon and the new one was installed by Monday morning. I was dreading weeks of cold showers but that didn't happen, thanks to HomeServe!

at first job was not going good w crew send out, after 1 week of work nothing was getting done until I spoke w BC plumbing owner send out another crew which got the job done in 1 1/2 days now thank god its over and i have my gas back on. thank you for the services over all it was good services .
