I was very pleased with John and his assistant. They were very professionally. John explained what the problem was with my bathtub being stopped up. He had it unstopped in no time. My power went out due to a large part of an old walnut tree fell on my exterior line, bending my down post thing to my fuse box. I opened the app, it was easy to use, user friendly, and I submitted a claim, adding pics, to claims. Immediately I received a notification that the claim was received. Which gave me peace of mind. Then, within 20 minutes an electrician texted me to arrange a quote. CU worked with us to move and reattach the power line. They sent professional, experienced electricians to help us. They worked quickly and efficiently.I have about Home Serve and have inspired many to purchase it. Thank you HomeServe.
