I pay for several Hone Serve warranties each month. The plumber who came was excellent but I think that more of the cost of plumbing work should be covered .

Gene from Balkin Plumbing is the best service man HomeServe ever sent us. We had quite a lot of experience with Homeserve technicians. They are all fine. However, Gene is the most conscientious and thorough technician ever. He continued working with the snake as far as necessary and would not stop until the drain was perfectly clean. He did not leave until he was completely satisfied with the way the water was flowing down the drain seamlessly! Gene from Balkin Plumbing deserves 5 STARS!!
