Contractor solved problem in no time at all. Clogged sewer line happened on a Sunday and disappointed that no contractor appointments were available that day. In the past, there was always a contractor available on Sunday.

What made me get with this organization is that they said they supply services 365 days. a yr holidays and weekend,,I'm a witness that's lie I have been with HomeServe for 7 years and only had to use them maybe 3 times those times I had problems with them trying to fine some one to come out. That seems to be a business problem ,I ask this question r y'all wrking from home? She said yes , I call 3:00 on a Thursday evening they couldn't fine anyone's to come out now my problem was air conditioning was blowing hot air temperature here in Louisiana was 100degr. That wrking from home is not wrking,,HomeServe is about to loose a customer. When I first signed with HomeServe I had need heard of such a place now y'all have competition
