HOME SERVE IS A DISHONEST ENTITY. IT HIRES THE CHEAPEST CONTRACTOR TO SEND TO PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ON THEIR OWN CANNOT HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS TO SUPPORT THEIR COMPANY, OR BECAUSE THEY ARE SO POORLY INFORMED ABOUT THEIR WORK THAT THEY JUST FOLLOW DISHONEST INSTRUCTION OF HOME SERVE TO NOT FIX, POOR FIX OR REPORT AS HOME SERVE WANTS AND HOME SERVE DOES NOT HAVE TO REPLACE. HOME SERVE IS NOTHING BUT BETRAYS PEOPLE'S MONEY AND TRUST. SHAME ON YOU HOME SERVE. I WILL USE EVERY VENUE TO EXPOSE YOU.

the crew worked to snake the probably grease plug clog from the basement washing machine including the debris that is contributed forth upstairs kitchen sink.WE were gone for five days and yet, even though the washing machine is not backing up, we still get an occasional whiff of sewer gases. I shall wait another week before we call in a claim to have our sewer line snaked from the garage to the curb.Otherwise, very good crew. Good work ethic.

Contacted Home Serve and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Lanzo Plumbers arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and worked to fix the issue.
