Technician came out the same day and completed the service leaving the area so you could barely tell he had dug up the area and made waterline repairs.

Technician came out and checked my air conditioner and found that the compressor had failed. It would be almost as expensive to repair it as it would to replace it. I elected to have them replace both the air conditioner and the furnace as both were from 2005.

FYI Mr. lam did an excellent job and the whole process with Home Serve to fix our A/C couldn't have been easier.

They had to come out twice for the same job. I actually gave them a 4 star

The company had to come work on getting a drain in my kitchen unstopped 4 times. The first 3 times to get the kitchen sink unclogged and the last time to get the clog they pushed from the kitchen to the bathroom tub and sink unclogged that had no problem originally. Also customer service wanted me to wait a week between each visit due to only having 2 service associates working in the entire Charlotte region. The only reason for 2 stars is due to the service men being nice, courteous and trying to be professional even though they caused us extra problems.
