I wish we could have communicated better, I was told that the guy would be to home between 12 and 4 and I had to call even then the guy showed up two hours after that . I understand some jobs take longer then others, I just need the for everyone to communicate better so that time won’t be wasted.

It was very easy for me to get my problem solved using HomeServe. They understood my problem and set up a electrical technician to come out and see what the problem was. The tech was first class and very knowledgeable and repaired the problem very rapidly. From start to finish my issues were completed within 24hours.Thanks HomeServe
