Terrible customer service had to call and have a previous repair fixed properly. And when I let them know part of the job is still not corrected properly And denied repair, i even filed a complaint with the customer service with you and i have not heard anything back And still nothing's been done. Also i left a review with the Better Business Bureau About the whole incident.

Our HVAC quit (no heat at all) and your two sequential reps said the same thing, we will have to submit this to a higher authority to see if they will pay for it. We needed help right then!! In total frustration we called an HVAC company and quit your coverage for HVAC.Lawrence and Kit Hill
