I glad I have HomeService! They are prompt and very efficient. I’ve had to use them over the years and not once was I disappointed. We woke up and found our basement sewer pipe was backing up into our basement, yuk. I called HomeServe and they were there in about 1 1/2-2 hrs. Very fast and efficient and no more toxic water. Thank you HomeServe.

I appreciate the rep that was able to get me an appointment the same day. However, the part that was needed for my AC was not covered. I feel as though I'm giving money away. This is the second time this has happened. Is it really worth it?

You get service like this incase of emergencies and to have an agent say, $100 service call and then the lrobkem is not covered under your policy is absolutely horrible. The money I pay to you monthly, I'll save ln my own and when an emergency arise, I know it will be taking care of. This type of service is racket just to take people's money.

The tech came into our home didn’t give us more than 1 option for repair. That option was $3,000-$5,000. We seeked a different company that repairs Hvac systems gave us a few different options that were actually affordable.
