Everything went smoothly, but there was just a misunderstanding when a call went through after the work was all done and the plumber left about some kind of $115.00 fee if we wanted something else done. This was mentioned by a homeserve rep, but we never suggested anything of the sort. The rep was told that we knew nothing of the sort, and there was know fee. Other than this everything went well.

The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. He was concerned and eager to find out what the problem was going on with the equipment. Thank u for sending him out. And I wish u had others like him 🥰

I am still waiting to hear what will be done to fix the recurring problem. The plumber and Homeserve are not on the same page.

Being w/o hot water and air the same day was an experience I do not want to go through again. I called Home Serve and had a Plummer at my house the same day to resolve my issues. The Plummer discovered I needed an electrician. Home Serve was notified and sent me the electrician the next day. I am very impressed on how quickly they got my problems resolved.
