Homeserve responded to my phone call re; water in my basement within 10 minutes and had a plumber scheduled with 20 Minutes. I appreciated the fast response. The plumber arrived the same day and fixed my problem.

Getting information was like pulling teeth. I could not find out whether the break was covered or not until the plumber finally showed to fix it.

Only complaint is that the first company HomeServe contacted never responded and it wasn’t until Icalled a second time that there was follow up. The first company didn’t answer phone when HomeServe called them upon hearing from me that I hadn’t been contacted.

Ac went out, 2 days prior during the hottest days, which I didn't think waiting 2 days was good, but he came and fixed it within 5min....so all was well..went out on Wednesday and he came Friday, my husband is 83, and really needed it fixed sooner, but the young lady, didn't feel as though it was an emergency..

The plumber came in and fix my problem and discovered a problem. I wasn’t even aware of that was also taken care. The work was done quickly and efficiently, very well pleased with the results.

Home serve deal with garbage plumber company.Home serve sent MR. Frank plumber company to my house .Just do little bit work they took long long time. Especially after took the estimate from my house and get approval from that insurance company plumber company they took 2 weeks to come back me. between that time I try to call them but they never answer my call. That’s the worst plumber companies seen in my life. And between that time my basement get flooded and damage hot water tank , laundry machine, dryer, machine, and many more. Home server should cancel that contract with MR. Frank plumber.
