Saturday afternoon -- House full of Friends and family and the AC failed -- Called you and had a technician schedule in minutes --- Tech called back and gave interim advice and then arrived as planned! -- Unfortunately had to pay for refrigerant and we have an unknown leak that needs to be followed up on...

Homeserv sent someone out the next day. The plumbing company they sent was very knowledgeable and the 2 guys were done within an hour. They cleaned up any mess and got the job done.

Contractors did good job on new valve from house to water meter and was told still leaking and checked our 3 toiletssince we are deaf and can't hear anything.He found one of toilet to be change water fill valve and we did. Water tech came by to check the meter and was still leaking so I hired handyman and found 2 toilets were no good as worn out so changed to 2 new toilets.
