The original call to the cust service line to turn in the problem, I did think she over estimated the potential problem but knew the technician would get here and see what was really the problem. However it took him a good while on the phone to have the claim corrected , which meant cancel the 1st order and have a new one put in! his time was important. But his work was great, he got right to it, explained it to us, what might happen in the future to watch for and answered questions. He really knew what he was talking about, that we felt sure of, and appreciated his time and patience with us.. thank you

It was so bad that I cancelled. A low low level plumbing company who can't fix or diagnose the most basic of issues was sent to my home and once again they did not do anything. Cost me $425 so why would I use you? I called a quality plumbing company and the issue was diagnosed and resolved in 2 hours without escalation to multiple contractors. A company who does not understand the need of the customer to have quality workmanship from skilled technicians shouldn't pretend to provide said services.

you refused to do the very thing I pay you for. My pipes are still clogged and I need someone to run a camera through them to see where the clog is occurring.

I glad I have HomeService! They are prompt and very efficient. I’ve had to use them over the years and not once was I disappointed. We woke up and found our basement sewer pipe was backing up into our basement, yuk. I called HomeServe and they were there in about 1 1/2-2 hrs. Very fast and efficient and no more toxic water. Thank you HomeServe.

I appreciate the rep that was able to get me an appointment the same day. However, the part that was needed for my AC was not covered. I feel as though I'm giving money away. This is the second time this has happened. Is it really worth it?
