We experiencing smelling gas inside house near my water heater. Contacted my gas and electric co. They turned off gas and located leak in front of house. Peeples gas co. Came out and repaired leak. No more swell was dedicated. Thank you for taking care of my issue.

Unfortunately it took multiple calls on my part to even get a response from a plumber and from what I understand it was the 3rd plumber that finally responded. The 2nd plumber put me out 3 days to respond just to clear a clogged drain. I was very impressed with the response time on the plumber that finally came out but he tried to use a snake on the blockage which didn't work and wanted to drill a hole in the side of my house to reroute a new drain. I was asked to remove a section of the cabinets to access the drain line better but before he started rerouting my plumbing I used a pressurized water bladder which easily blew out the clog. It was a very frustrating experience all together as I had to fix the problem myself and the only reason for 2 stars is that the people I dealt with were very pleasant.

All went very well! I had no problem in getting in touch with HomeServe or setting up a date for the gas leak. The contractors came on time and proceeded taking care of the work with efficiency. They were very polite and explained to me exactly what they were doing at the time. I am so very glad I am with HomeServe.

I had 2 interior plumbing & drainage issues over the past week. Contacted the Homeserve number for my contract. The contractor contacted me and my issues were professional repaired within 24 hours each time!
