Being w/o hot water and air the same day was an experience I do not want to go through again. I called Home Serve and had a Plummer at my house the same day to resolve my issues. The Plummer discovered I needed an electrician. Home Serve was notified and sent me the electrician the next day. I am very impressed on how quickly they got my problems resolved.

All around the service was great and on time. I would recommend this company for any future service.I would also like to thank the person from Home Serv who helped locate a provider who was able to come out and repair my AC on the same day as the call. (note: The first company that was to provide the repair service could not come out for a week from the request for service. This was during temperatures of over 90 degrees.)Thank you again.
