The work done on the GCI outlet was great and the issue has been resolved, however, my garbage disposal and sink light do not work now and they were working right before the electrician unhooked the wiring for the exhaust fan, which was part of the service request, but why is taking more than two weeks to get someone back to my home to get the power back on to both of them? Unacceptable

I had a fantastic experience with HomeServe!The agent who answered the call was extremely pleasant an knowledgably. I had my refrigerator serviced the next day with a qualified technician.
