We had a faulty outlet in the garage. The electrician responded by phone promptly to confirm he had received our service request from HomeServe and we set an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time and completed the repair effectively.

Our aircon was not blowing cold air, and we contacted HomeServe in the morning and they were able to schedule someone to come to repair it on the same day. Everything went smoothly. Our aircon was fixed by late afternoon.
