Generally speaking, and in the end, things went quite well. There was some apprehension that could have been avoided by better communication. When we reported the problem, the dispatcher could not tell us when an electrician would contact us. We had to call a second time after a few hours without hearing anything. Soon after that second call, an electrician called and wanted to set up an appointment for later that week (we were without power, especially air conditioning). When I explained clearly that was unacceptable, he then said he would be here in a couple of hours. He was true to his word and things rolled along expeditiously and satisfactorily after that. You need to see that customers are properly informed, that they know they are being served and when to expect action.
