I was very pleased that the representative arranged for Brea Orange County Plumbing technicians to fix my non-working air conditioning only an hour and a half or so after I called. But I am very unhappy that you would not pay for this essential repair work, and I did not get an explanation why when your employee called.

Once again, HomeServe comes through in a big way. My water heater went out finally. HomeServe dispatched a contractor who diagnosed the issue and got the go-ahead to replace the unit at no charge to me. I purchased just about all the plans about 7 or 8 years ago since there’s always the potential for small disasters when you own a home. I haven’t used them all but so far it’s money well spent.
