The technicians were very professional, arrived on time and did the job. My husband and I offered to buy the new toilet but were told it would be taken care off. We were not happy when it arrived, it is much too short for people our age and therefor it is difficult for us to get up from it. We should have been able to have a choice in the replacement. When we realized the situation, the technicians had left.
