The technician was professional, courteous, listened to our issues, was not on a hurry to leave. He waited to see that the washer dryer didn’t leak and flood, like it did on Friday night when the sink clogged up. I’d give him 110% out of 100%. Technicians like him are hard to find and rightly deserve the praise for the work they perform.
