The independent technician sent through HomeServe to fix my air conditioning during an unprecedented Florida heat wave was all I could ask for — on time, professional, respectful of my property. And, of course, there was no budget-crushing invoice presented to me at the end of the process, which is the main reason I carry a home warranty, anyway.

Express Plumbing from Bronx, NY responded the same day Homeserve received my call. Both customer services were professional and courteous. The job was completed and I signed off on the work; however, I am still awaiting documentation from Homeserve for my files on the work done. My guess is that I will have to contact Homeserve once more to request this. WO#SHMR73727696-1

My recent experience with Home Serve was excellent. I had recently noticed that my AC unit was making strange noises. I made a call the next day and the Home Serve technician took care of everything. The repairman came the next day and replaced my condenser fan. Thankfully it was a covered repair. I am grateful that everything went so well.

Repairs were done well but it took some time to get a repair appointment. The first contractor bailed on us.
