The company fixed my problem only after I I insisted what the problem was. In this case it was replacing a breaker. After it was changed out Everything is working fine. But initially he didn’t want to do that because he said that would not solve the problem, but it did.

Great serviceman and great water heaters, but they were not installed to Code with no :-Thermal Expansion tank-temp and pressure relief line or Wats 210 valve- Smitty Drip pan- Sediment T (drip leg) on gas line.
