Needed AC service. First provider said 2 weeks before they could come our. Call back and you gave me another provider. They never called, so I called them and got an answering machine. The provider had horrible ratings also. Called Homeserve back again and gave me a third provider who came out the next day and got AC running again.

Rose electric did a great job. The only complaint I have is that I call 3 times before I could get any answer. The 3rd call got things moving.

The first tech that came out didn't know what he was doing. Homeserve said they sent him back with further instructions but he claimed no one was home. Two people were home, three cars in the driveway and our doorbell works. We were home.The following day, we were told that a tech was coming out between 8:00AM and 12:00 PM. About 25 minutes past twelve we called HomeServe and they rescheduled for the next day. By then, I found the problem and my husband and I fixed it ourselves. So over all, we didn't have any service from you.

The young man was very pleasant and admitted it was his first time alone, but would call for assistance if he couldn’t figure things out. He got the job done!

It was very easy to file a claim and someone was out to look at it the next day. Since he came out on Friday afternoon I couldn’t find out about doing the repairs until Tuesday and fixed on Thursday

I have been extremely impressed with Home Serve's quick response to problem resolution. Filing claims to scheduling appointments, technician Jason have been informative courteous professional and very helpful.
